As Chief Recruitment Officer, Nicole Cox leads all corporate recruiting operations including quality, training, sourcing and advertising functions. She also serves as functional liaison between clients and Decision Toolbox's technology and delivery teams to design and implement best practice strategies.
Nicole began her recruiting career in 1996 as co-owner of The Group Real Estate/Mortgage. For the next seven years she garnered success as a Top Producer for several recruiting firms, including another venture of her own, TopDogRecruiters, which focused on the medical device, biotech, and pharmaceutical sectors. Nicole handled the business development, client relations and management of the business, including building and managing a team of recruiters.
Nicole joined Decision Toolbox in 2003, where she began as a Recruiter and through her outstanding performance, worked her way up to her current role. Her accomplishments at DT during this time include creating, implementing and refining metrics and key performance indicators to motivate and lead high performance teams. Under Nicole's leadership, her recruiting bench has grown over 300%. She also developed the company's first formal training program that has since grown into a 90-day certification program, implemented the company's first wellness program and developed the DT Mentor Program.
Nicole holds a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, a Servant Leadership Certification from Gonzaga University, and a BA in Communications with PR focus from California State University Fullerton. She is a member of the California State University Advisory Board for Talent Strategy. This University Extended Education (UEE) program consists of a team of staffing industry leaders who advise the university on marketplace trends providing expertise in strategy, data analytics, and employee research. Nicole resides in San Juan Capistrano, CA with her husband and two children.
