Loren Miner joined Decision Toolbox in September 2000 and brings over 15 years of leadership, strategic planning, capital and financing transactions, accounting, financial reporting and forecasting experience to the company. As COO, Loren keeps her finger on the pulse of recruitment trends and the job market, and ensures that DT's operational processes remain "best practices." In addition to these continuous improvement efforts, Loren manages client relations and expansion, and has negotiated relationships with major clients, vendors, and strategic partners. Loren also oversees the finance, accounting, and human resources functions.

Prior to joining Decision Toolbox, Loren spent several years as Vice President of Finance and Administration for AHI Healthcare Systems, a physician practice management firm. During her tenure, she helped lead the company from $30M to $150M in annual revenue, and actively participated in their private equity placement, public offering and the company's acquisition. Before AHI, Loren was an Emerging Business Consultant with Deloitte and Touche in Orange County.

Loren is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California. She lives in Long Beach, CA with her husband Greg and two children.
